Scholarship

The NI Engineering Scholarship Programme is available to students studying an Engineering or Physics Degree. This programme allows students who have shown outstanding academic achievement to develop their professional engineering career. In order to be eligible for the NI Engineering Scholarship Programme you must be in your first year of study and successful candidates may then be offered a full-time role in our Engineering Leadership Programme after graduation.

Scholarship students will be awarded £1500 for their second year of study
Students will be provided with an NI mentor and will be kept up to date with company news
Successful applicants will join NI for a 1 year paid Industrial Placement
Contribution of the scholarships will be offered to top candidates at the end of the internship
Conditional offer of permanent employment will be available to outstanding students

Students should be on track to achieve a 2.1 or higher in their studies
Students must be interested in a one year industrial placement as part of their degree
Undergraduate students should apply during their first year of University
